Head of Sales WW - Accessories The Head of Sales WW will be responsible for developing the global brand sales strategy, sales plan, and managing the sale of all collections across all channels. Responsibilities: Create and achieve targeted sales goals. Select, develop, and coach sales professionals to achieve goals for profitable revenue growth. Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision-makers in large accounts. Pursue identified business prospects, actively participating in the development of new business opportunities. Identify, open, and manage domestic retail accounts. Communicate with buyers regularly to promote strong sell-through, staff knowledge, introduce new lines, and obtain sales feedback. Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness. Requirements: Great experience within the wholesale environment. Experience working in the Premium-Luxury Accessories market. Managerial skills, experience in managing a team.
