Innovation/Business Process Re-Engineering Manager (Temporary)

Job Summary:
The Temporary Innovaton Manager will drive the Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) strategy and execution within the organization. The role includes overseeing the innovation transition, ensuring that new concepts are effectively integrated into the existing business framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovation Strategy Development:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities.
* Develop a clear BPR strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
Project Management:
* Lead the BPR project from conception through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate innovation initiatives.
Research and Development:
* Conducting researches to identify trends and gaps.
* Exploring emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance innovation efforts and integrate solutions.
Change Management:
* Develop plans for the transition of new innovations into operational processes.
* Provide training and support to staff to adapt to new technologies and processes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on innovation initiatives.
* Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization.
Performance Evaluation:
* Measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives.
* Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Business Management Engineering or a related field;
* 12 + years of proven experience in innovation management, project management, or related roles.
* Strong understanding of change management principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data and market trends.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and innovation tracking.
