Part of the Luxury Group of Marriott International, Casa Brera is currently recruiting Guest Arrival Expert/Bellboy to join the pre-opening team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals.
Reporting to Lead Concierge, the role will cover both doorman and bellman tasks.
1. This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

Working during the pre-opening phase of a luxury lifestyle hotel is an incredible opportunity to gain strong expertise in hospitality and a great exposure to Marriott International EMEA leaders. What you’ll do
3. Provide an authentic and sophisticated welcome and farewell to all guests entering/leaving the hotel.
4. Assist both arriving and departing guests with luggage (load/unload, storage, delivery to room/designated area) and, if needed, escort the guest to the room and explain facilities accordingly.
5. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, opening vehicle doors.
6. Supply guests with directions and information about the property amenities, services, hours of operation, and about local areas, points of interest and activities.
7. Arrange transportation (., taxicab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed.
8. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and monitor the front driveway to ensure a smooth flow of traffic (vehicle and pedestrian). Inspect arriving cars and take notes of damages on parking ticket and notifying the guest accordingly.
9. Deliver and proceed to a 5-star shoe shine service.
10. Make sure Hotel entrance is always clean and tidy, as it is the first sight of the hotel for arriving guests/visitors.
11. Seek out and take advantage of opportunities to wow guests.
What you’ll need:
12. A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-first attitude.
13. Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
14. Flexibility, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability.
15. Great storytelling skills in English and at least intermediate Italian (both writing and speaking).
16. Previous bellman/doorman experience is a big plus.
17. Ability to work with CRM and other software.
