Job Description Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Trains & Hotels Italy, the Senior Leisure Sales Manager will proactively promote and sell Orient Express Trains & Hotels to the European market. This position involves having a very deep knowledge of luxury consortia accounts and luxury tour operators in Europe, allowing us to promote and expand our brand across Europe. The candidate will develop strategic partnerships with the key accounts in order to grow the hotel market share and the sales of the trains. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key luxury consortia accounts and tour operators, stakeholders, to maximize business opportunities. Closely work with the Director of Sales and marketing department in establishing and adapting the right strategy for luxury leisure business growth. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to develop benchmarking tools that support the commercial strategy. Represent the company at major industry events to enhance brand visibility and foster strategic synergies to optimize sales outcomes. Collaborate with global sales teams in developing the account management. Contract key luxury leisure partners for the hotels & trains. Organize fam trips for key buyers. Qualifications Deep knowledge of the European luxury leisure / consortia market. At least five years of proven experience in the luxury hospitality sector. Experience in negotiation & contracting. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); French is a plus. Proactive and results-driven approach. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
