ChainLabo is a newly-born, dynamic and innovative company operating at the forefront of blockchain services, specializing in staking services and bare metal validators maintenance. Our starting goal emerged from the need to provide a non-custodial, bare-metal staking service hosted in Swiss data centers (DC). The company's mission is to ensure the highest levels of security and contribute to the decentralization of blockchain protocols. We also became a verified operator on the SSV Network and SafeStake (currently in testnet) and we are also an operator on Eigenlayer.
To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of blockchain protocols, a proven track record in sales and business development, and a passion for driving innovation in a fast-paced environment. As the Head of Sales & Business Development Manager at ChainLabo, you will work closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives that will drive our business forward. In this role, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, an ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions, and a relentless focus on achieving results. You will need to be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, capable of leading by example and inspiring your team to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the marketing strategies and company’s growth objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the blockchain and staking industry. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the blockchain space. Create and manage a customer acquisition pipeline. Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Create and maintain a sales analytics and reporting frameworks to track performance, evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blockchain protocols and staking services. Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Attend industry events and represent the company at conferences and trade shows. Manage client relationships post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Implement CRM tools to track sales performance and customer interactions.
Required Competencies: 1-3 years of experience in the blockchain industry. Proven track record in sales and business development. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. Proficiency in using LinkedIn as a lead generation channel and in utilizing automated prospecting tools Established network of contacts in the blockchain space. Strong knowledge of blockchain protocols and staking services. Presentation and public speaking skills. High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market environment. Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results. Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Proficiency in English
