We work with incredible enterprise companies such as Unicredit, Creedem, Carrefour and many others.The roleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a crucial role in shaping the administrative backbone of a thriving startup.In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing administrative operations, ensuring compliance with HR and accounting processes, and supporting our growth by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will collaborate closely with the founders and work with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Joining us at this early stage means you’ll have the opportunity to leave a meaningful impact on our success and grow alongside us!Your responsibilities will include:Oversee personnel management, including employment contracts, payroll, attendance, and compliance with labor regulations.Support the onboarding for new employees.Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding administrative matters.Manage daily accounting tasks, such as accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense reporting.Ensure accurate bookkeeping and prepare financial reports as needed.Support budget planning and monitor financial performance.Collaborate with external auditors, accountants, and other stakeholders as required.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient workflows.Work closely with the leadership team to provide financial and administrative insights.Liaise with external suppliers and partners for administrative and accounting-related matters.Specifically, we are looking for:A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).At least 3 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll processes, and labor laws.Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.Meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.Excellent communication skills: you can explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.A solutions-oriented mindset: you face challenges with resilience and creativity.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.What we offer:Direct employment contract (no external collaboration).RAL (fixed + variable) commensurate with experience.Career opportunities: you will join the company at an early stage where there is still a lot of room to grow
