ACTIVITIES:
In this position the resource will be involved in:
* Experience in plant design of upstream industrial plants in the oil gas petrochemical sector, modular skids projects with particular focus on Plant layout development and Handling;
* Drawing up critical piping routing from process diagrams and plot plan and elevation plans considering constraints such as accessibility, maintainability, safety, thermal gradients, material costs;
* Counting of piping materials based on P&ID and plot plan;
* Interpretation of technical specifications identifying critical aspects;
* Analysis and interpretation of contractual clauses and critical analysis of customer requirements;
* Supervision of piping engineering activities produced by external subcontractors or other Saipem engineering centers;
* Ensure the execution of Piping Engineering activities in compliance with the costs and timescales.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or a specialized diploma.
LABOUR RELATIONSHIP:
Permanent contract
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10 years of experience having worked for upstream oil & gas projects and knowledge with major related international codes and standards.
IT SKILLS:
Knowledge of Office package, AutoCAD 2D, Smart Plant 3D and/or Aveva E3D, Knowledge or use of Caesar II.

Availability for international mobility.
