The GLOBAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (BU HVAC) will be responsible for her/his/their assigned area (WW) by developing and keeping market shares complying with the company’s targets.
WHAT ABOUT THE JOB:
* Management of large customers which are defined as Key account
* Business Development for Key Accounts
* Implementing activities to secure
* Bridging customer needs (product, service, quality) into the company, to fuel product development.
MAIN ACTIVITIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Sales & General Plan for assigned Global Key Accounts.
* Annual Sales & GM development. Global sales responsibility across all countries. Long term strategy and long term forecast plan.
* Involves the rest of the organization around the Global Key Accounts (APS, OH, quality).
* Follow up of all activities.
* Define and maintain the list of activity projects (what they do starts from the customer side of the R&D project).
* Negotiate prices and conditions globally in line with the GKAM manager's objective.
COMPETENCES:
* Previous experience in HVAC INDUSTRY.
* Senior sales and negotiation skills.
* Building relationships at all levels with key accounts.
* Ability to work with different cultures.
* Fluency in English required, both written and spoken.
