David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award winning liquidity and technology solutions company who is seeking to onboard a Russian speaking Product Manager to join their team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the broker and financial services sector
* Identify opportunities and gaps to enhance offerings and drive growth
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize features and product improvements based on business impact and client feedback.
* Work closely with clients, sales teams, and customer support to gather and prioritize product requirements
* Translate customer needs into clear, actionable product specifications that align with business goals
* Partner with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and product enhancements
* Monitor the development process, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with product specifications
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback to improve product offerings
* Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries
* Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Continuously analyze product data and user feedback to drive data-informed decisions for improvements
* Create comprehensive training materials and product documentation to support clients
* Assist in conducting training sessions for both clients and internal teams when needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native/Fluency in English, both written and oral. B2 Level of Russian
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
* Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a successful track record of delivering and scaling financial software solutions
* Solid understanding of the brokerage and financial services industry
* Experience in managing referral programs in CFD trading
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies is an advantage
* Experience in gathering and translating customer requirements into actionable product features
* Knowledge of microservices architecture, orchestration, and message streaming technologies
* Familiarity with load testing tools
