We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure and global operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT service management, a track record of delivering high-quality support services, and excellent communication skills in both English and Italian. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, manage cross-functional teams, and drive service excellence. What you will do: Oversee the delivery of IT support services, ensuring compliance with SLAs, especially for Priority 1 incidents and Change Management processes. Manage end-to-end service delivery for global clients, coordinating with both onshore and offshore teams. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong communication and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and continuous service improvement. Generate and present regular reports on SLA performance using tools like ServiceNow. Travel to and work from the client location in Milan, Italy as required. What you bring: Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably within IT infrastructure for global clients. Proven experience managing global operations and IT support services, including service desks. Skills: Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and operational best practices. Solid experience in P1 incident management, change management, and performance reporting. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Languages: Fluency in English and Italian is required. Additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French are a plus. Education: A degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field is preferred. Other Requirements: Willingness to collaborate across time zones with global support teams.
