Take the next step in your career with FI Group Italy and join us in shaping the future of R&D funding and business growth The team is looking for: Business Developer Managers Your Tasks: Create, develop, and retain a diversified customer portfolio (business line and size) through target identification work, appropriate prospection, and communication action; Self-generate leads, ensure appointments, and negotiate contracts with your prospects (CEO, CFO, Technical/Innovation Directors), then write business proposals adapted to your client's needs and finalize the purpose of the contract; Manage the entire sales process for all business leads; Support marketing activities if necessary and build networking to develop business through indirect channels with the guidance of Italian management. Use and update the customers' database weekly on our CRM platform along with the official partners. Requirements: A post-secondary education or equivalency, with an MBA as an asset; A minimum of 2 years selling consulting services to mid-market clients. Prior work experience with a large consulting firm is a definite asset; Working experience with a large consulting firm or with SR&ED is an asset; A proven track record using a sales methodology to generate business leads, open doors, and manage the sales cycle to contract signature; Highly motivated, results-driven, independent thinker, and a strong sense of initiative; Strong client focus, interpersonal and team-oriented skills; Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with heightened listening skills; High level of business integrity and ethics; Experience with Salesforce is an asset; Fluent in Italian and very strong knowledge of the English or Spanish language is a considerable asset.
