Through our advanced digital platform, their customers can instantly request roadside assistance and replacement solutions in real-time, transforming the way help is delivered on the road.
As we continue to scale globally, our ambition and market demand are propelling us toward becoming a major force in the sector. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Commercial Back Office Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales support and commercial operations within a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn about sales processes and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage sales documentation, including commercial offers, contracts, and cost simulations.
Support the preparation of recurring sales reports and performance analysis.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and daily operations.
Maintain and update customer databases and records (e.g., contract management).
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Collaborate with other departments (IT, Operations, Network, and Finance) to ensure the GoLive of new customers and the management of the actual ones.
Assist in the preparation and execution of sales presentations and marketing materials.
Coordinate and participate in team meetings (internal calls, customer meetings) and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
