Job Description
We are looking for a candidate to be placed as Controlling Specialist in our Financial Controlling Department in Milan.
The resource will support the team in the following activities:
1. Help shaping the future: You will supervise company data and administrative processes to support our future business growth and financial sustainability.
2. Experience cooperation: You will provide cost analysis and other key performance indicators to the board of management, in order to support the decision-making process; you will also support the definition and monitoring of external suppliers’ contracts.
3. Take on responsibility: You will control General Ledger and Analytical Accounting, identifying deviations and measures; you will define and update internal rule procedures granting their harmonization with parent company regulations.
4. Reliable implementation: Thanks to solid controlling processes, you will identify and support enhancement activities.
Qualifications
Education: Master Degree in Economics / Finance and Controlling or equivalent;
Experience and know-how: Preferably 2-year experience in controlling in well-structured companies. SAP knowledge is a plus;
Working Method: Good familiarity with the Office package and mastery of the main IT systems;
Personality: Strong motivation, tenacity and reliability, result orientation, analytical skills, flexibility, spirit of initiative, autonomy, and good interpersonal/communication skills;
Language skills: Fluent English; German will be a plus.
Additional Information
Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia. Depending on the level of your education, you will be reimbursed with 700/900 euros (gross)/month.
