How will you make an impact? You will:
* Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during each client interaction, ensuring that the business is impeccably represented at all times.
* Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty.
* Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative, including the ones related to CRM initiatives.
* Deliver excellence in operations: during and after sales, VM, inventories, etc.
* Act as a supportive team player, adaptable and willing to learn.
* Develop a growing passion for our creations, that will create the basis for your engaging storytelling.
How will you experience success with us?
* Have previous experience at the highest levels of luxury in retail, hospitality or events.
* Be confident, organized, efficient, with great attention to detail, result and action-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
* Be a supportive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Have a solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremony, KPIs, competitors.
* Be fluent in English and Italian; additional languages will be a plus.
