We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of our products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our B2B partners. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and product leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Product Strategy & Market Insights Identify and analyze the needs of game developers, publishers, and gaming platforms. Stay updated on market trends, industry shifts, and competitive landscapes to shape product strategies. Develop and maintain a product development roadmap aligned with business goals. Product Development & Execution Prioritize and manage tasks within the product backlog, ensuring a data-driven, experiment-based approach. Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models) for efficient development cycles. Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of product features. Continuously optimize user experience (UX) through data-driven enhancements and user feedback. Stakeholder Management & Communication Clearly communicate the product vision and strategy to internal teams and stakeholders. Drive alignment between cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers. Identify and mitigate product development risks, ensuring smooth execution. User Research & Performance Metrics Conduct interviews with target users to validate assumptions and gather insights. Improve product performance metrics, focusing on adoption, engagement, and revenue growth. Utilize product marketing expertise to enhance market positioning and adoption. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role. Technical expertise with a strong understanding of UX principles. Strong project management and negotiation skills, ensuring smooth execution. Experience working with Xsolla's platforms is a plus. Excellent communication and team management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration. A strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and customer needs. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Experience in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across teams. Proficiency in product marketing, understanding go-to-market strategies. Demonstrated leadership with the ability to lead and inspire teams. Upper-intermediate level of English or higher for effective communication. Understanding and application of Agile product management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).
