Administrative Employee
We are looking for a partner company in the logistics, customer care, and professional training sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Front Office activities assisting clients and members;
* Sponsorship and consulting activities for products and services;
* Support in managing company practices;
* Monitoring and updating company records.
To be successful, you will need:
* Diploma or degree in administrative or legal fields;
* Proven advanced knowledge of German;
* Availability to travel within the regional territory;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer orientation;
* Excellent knowledge of Office applications.
Prior experience in structured customer service and commercial proposal environments is preferred.
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break and flexibility at the start of the day.
The contract offer includes an initial fixed-term insertion of one year, aimed at stabilization in the CCNL Commerce and Tertiary, level IV, with meal voucher tickets and RAL defined according to the professionalism of the selected profile.
The workplace is located in Bolzano and local branches.
