MittelCo S.r.l. is an Italian Company specialized in international distribution of premium Italian brands (FMCG) in Adriatic Region and Italy.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic FMCG Key Account Manager for Italy. As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and grow relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and manage account plans for key customers to achieve sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to increase business opportunities
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
* Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing exceptional levels of service
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and achieve overall company objectives
* Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis reports
* Negotiate pricing and other terms with customers to maximize revenue and profit
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within FMCG and FOOD industry
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proven track record of delivering results and achieving sales targets
* Fluent in both Italian and English
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
* Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
