Auto Sales Manager
Location: Veneto Area
The Role
The purpose of the role is to ensure Company growth for the Auto business by actively leading and working on Auto International Business Development, Network Development, onboarding new distributors, and supporting product development to increase sales and market share in the short and medium term. The role also involves leading and coaching the team to achieve the targeted sales and contribution while maintaining brand integrity in the marketplace.
Role Responsibilities and Activities
* Identifies strategies to achieve the agreed sales targets, also contributing to the definition of the target itself, for his business.
* Monitor competition and competitors.
* Set sales goals, compare performance to goals and adjust goals as needed.
* Implement Commercial plan in order to execute and deliver the sales Targets.
* Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
* Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
* Lead and grow the distribution sales network and Product adoption. Suggest corrective actions as needed.
* Contribute to the definition of product collections, participating to the identification of critical success factors (with product development for the respective business unit).
* Collect product feedback and perform competitive benchmarking.
* Develop the business unit, increasing the number of customers and orders, managing the department, setting sales directives (upon approval, if needed) and actively interacting with customers for a sustainable and healthy business (including timely payments, customer relation).
* Provide regular commercial feedback on products and communication strategies to enhance territory development and support supply chain improvements.
* Coordinate internal and external collaborators, ensuring their training and professional development.
Requirements
* Degree in Business/Engineering or technical/equivalent background.
* Product knowledge (texture and materials).
* Customer Management - strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Market Knowledge (proven track record of successfully managing network relationship).
* Working knowledge of CRM system.
* Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
