Here’s a sampling of expectations for your role as a Senior Content Designer:
* You’ll craft and direct UX copy and content to ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and consistency of brand voice across multiple experiences and products. From large initiatives to smaller, quick-turn projects, you’re willing to dive in and get the job done.
* In close collaboration with Experience Design Researchers and/or Product UX Designers, you’ll lead and help with copy audits, guide the documentation of our brand voice and help refine the processes that make it all possible.
* As a natural leader, you’ll provide direction and craft mentorship to assist in the development of the Digital Experience Writers and others as required. You’ll facilitate and drive content-focused, human-centered conversations and other co-creative methods for teams throughout the IKEA digital landscape.
* And ultimately, you’ll improve our content by working closely with various teams and stakeholders to create strong, vital copy across a variety of digital touchpoints.
Main requirements

* You’re a word lover with experience in content strategy. You have a passion for digging deep into the details of why and how messaging works.
* You’re a classic creative type with lots of ideas, but also a team player who understands that a clear strategy, well-defined roles and proper planning are a key part of any successful, collaborative digital process.
* You’re a digital native who loves to stay up to date on trends—and an armchair psychologist who enjoys figuring out how people think and what drives their behavior.
* You have experience writing prompts for LLMs, collaborating with data analysts to build AI tech from the foundation of content first, and enjoy diving into code to create the optimal tone of voice in AI.
* And finally, you’re a flexible optimist who thrives on change, is comfortable speaking your mind, loves to influence people and processes, and always looks for the win!
