Mission:
Main areas of activity for this role are:
1. TCM Group Reporting and financial analysis
2. Interface with foreign branches
3. Monitoring Actual and forecast acquisitions
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
* Production of official documentation in the interest of the Control Head of Department
* Conducts detailed variance Analysis related to TCM Group P&L, Balance Sheet and Backlog interacting mainly with AFC Department, Commercial Department/Project teams as necessary
* Support TCM SpA foreign Branches in Control and Managerial activities
* Monitoring the acquisitions and forecasting the future projects and their impacts within the budget and strategic planning processes, in close collaboration with the Commercial Department and Subsidiaries
* Support the preparation of the periodic financial report by collaborating with project teams (Project Manager/ Project Control)
* Support TCM Branches in the maintenance and update of IT System (SAP S4/Hana) for managerial purposes
Personal Skills:
* Knowledge of Office package (especially Excel and Power Point) is a must;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot AI Tool is a plus;
* University Degree in Business Management / Economics
* A knowledge of IFRS accounting principles is preferable;
* Good skills in working by deadlines and in scheduling activities;
* Fluent English;
* Attention to details;
* Pro-active mentality and attitude;
