Head of Enterprise Growth & Partnerships

We are seeking a stellar Head of Enterprise Growth & Partnerships to drive Connected-Stories' growth by ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering strategic relationships. This role is critical in managing customer satisfaction and retention, driving incremental revenue, and expanding our ecosystem of channel and strategic partnerships.
As the Head of Enterprise Growth & Partnerships, you will lead efforts to build lasting customer relationships, maximize revenue from existing clients, and develop strategic alliances that drive adoption and growth. This role combines customer success management with strategic partnership development to ensure customers and partners achieve maximum value from our platform.
Location: Milan.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success
* Lead a high-performing Customer Success team, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
* Develop and execute strategies to improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
* Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with our solutions.
* Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
* Oversee customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption and satisfaction.
Partnership Development & Management
* Build and manage strong relationships with channel and strategic partners, including system integrators, Google Cloud, and complementary technology providers.
* Drive co-marketing and co-selling initiatives with partners to enhance revenue potential.
Strategic Leadership
* Develop and execute a comprehensive Customer Success and Partnerships strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
* Act as a strategic advisor to customers and partners, identifying innovative ways to deliver value and ROI.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on customer health, NRR, and partnership performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
* 10+ years of experience in Customer Success,Partnership Management, and Enterprise Sales or related roles within enterprise SaaS, particularly in marketing technology.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth through customer retention, upselling, and successful partnerships.
* Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies, with a focus on Generative AI.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and scaling customer success organizations.
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and strategic partners.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer and market data to inform decisions.
* Experience with end-to-end partnership lifecycle management, including identification, negotiation, and implementation.
* A passion for innovation and a desire to work with cutting-edge technology.
