The Accounting & Administrative Assistant is responsible for recording receivable and payable invoices, accounting, employee cost statement, analytical accounting, and F24 forms. The role will also support logistics operations as required and will provide support across the entire CRO at all levels, effectively assisting Management and actively contributing to the smooth running of the Terni Office. The role requires great organizational and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities:
* Recording receivable and payable invoices
* Accounting
* Employee cost statement
* Analytical accounting
* F24 forms (Italy)
* Management of monthly budgets
* Advanced understanding of PSA platforms (Salesforce)
* Invoice Management
* Preparation of Study Binders and shipment management for regulatory submissions
* Support for the creation and maintenance of reports, charts, spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
* Order and keep inventory of office supplies
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree, Master is a plus
* Member of Protected Categories according to l.68/99
* Languages: Proficiency in oral and written Italian and English (third language is a plus)
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities
