Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers — serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more.OpportunityWe are looking for a Software & Firmware Designer.Objective of the position is to develop and maintain software modules for controlling electromechanical components used in vending and coffee machines.Your responsibilities will be:Development of code in C/C++/Qt framework for electronic boards using FreeRTOS, Linux, and/or Android operating systems, depending on the specific project.Validation of the developed software in collaboration with the company’s laboratory.Use of bug tracking tools for task assignment and project documentation.Collaboration with colleagues to integrate software solutions shared across multiple platforms.To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:Degree in Engineering or a related field3 – 5 years of experience in the roleStrong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively by setting priorities and achieving goalsFluency in Italian and EnglishNice to have:Hardware development with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematicsKnowledge of main communication buses: RS232, RS485, CAN Bus, I2C, SPIExperience with Linux and Android operating systemsFamiliarity with bug tracking tools: Redmine, JiraVersion control tools: SVN, GITExperience with Jenkins and Gerrit toolsProficiency in QML/HTML 5 languageKnowledge of SQLite databasesWhat we offer:Permanent full – time contractBenefits: Smart working, Company canteen, Competitive reward salaryWorkplace: Valbrembo (BG)We are committed to guarantee equal employment opportunities.
