Our client is a company part of one of the most important and famous Oil & Gas groups operating worldwide, with several billion revenues and thousands of employees.
In order to enhance the HR Department, we are looking for a Head of Planning & Compensation, reporting to the Global HR Director.
What you will do:
The Head of Planning and Compensation is responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of workforce planning, organizational development, and compensation programs. This role ensures that the organization’s workforce strategies align with its business goals, fosters a culture of performance and development, and ensures competitive and equitable compensation practices. The focus will be mainly on compensation (e.g., development of a new rewarding model) and workforce planning, followed by organizational tasks listed below.
More specifically you will be responsible for all activities related to:
Strategic Workforce Planning:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies in an engineering and fast-moving international framework;
2. Analyze labor market trends and internal workforce metrics to forecast staffing needs;
3. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and develop talent strategies to support these objectives.
Compensation Management:
1. Develop and oversee the design of a competitive compensation program, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs for a population of over 200 people;
2. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation;
3. Keep the model updated and aligned with organizational goals.
Organizational Development:
1. Foster organizational development initiatives that can improve performance and drive cultural change;
2. Lead efforts to assess organizational needs and implement effective change management practices.
Who you are:
1. 6-10 years of experience in human resources in an international context and primary manufacturing/engineering brands;
2. At least 3 years in a leadership role, focused on workforce planning, organizational development, and compensation;
3. Proficient in English, due to the international nature of daily interactions;
4. Knowledge of SAP HR and workforce management systems.

2. We budgeted a fixed salary between 60 and 80, plus a variable part and other benefits to agree during the recruitment process;
3. We don’t exclude offering a “Dirigente” contract (plus full benefits), to evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
