Your Role:
* Perform all the Safety Assurance activities on the project under the supervision of a Safety Assurance Manager as per Safety process defined in Signaling Safety Instruction.
* Perform Safety analysis, manage Hazard Log, review RAM, Cyber, V&V, T&C activities from a Safety perspective.
* Define safety plan.
* Build the Safety Reports and the Safety Cases.
* Apply the safety assurance methodologies (risk acceptance criteria, safety analysis, verification and validation) defined for the project.
* Attend periodic Safety Reviews.
* Defend Safety Case argumentations in front of internal (QS, Safety Assessor) and external (ISA) assessors; define and follow-up action plans to close the findings of the assessors.
Qualifications:
* Engineering degree (preferably Electronic Engineering) or similar.
* Knowledge concerning the Cenelec Standards for Safety (or equivalent standards if needed: AREMA, IEEE, etc.) and safety methodology & concepts/principles.
* Successful experience in RAMS / Functional Safety Assurance is an asset.
* English operational in reading and writing for technical documentation.
