As a P&O Business Partner, you will provide strategic and operational support to the People & Organization function. You will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment between people and business priorities while having a lead role in various people and business transformation initiatives.

Your Challenge
As a People & Organization Business Partner & Industrial Relations Manager, your main activities will be:
* Drive organizational and cultural transformation by partnering with business leaders to champion change, ensuring agility, alignment, and effective stakeholder engagement.
* Build a diverse, high-potential talent pipeline and support succession planning to future-proof the organization and enable rapid adaptation.
* Create a growth-centric environment accelerating development opportunities for diverse talent, fostering innovation and resilience.
* Co-lead Siemens' transformation by aligning people and organizational strategies with business objectives, driving continuous improvement and success.
* Collaborate with Global P&O teams to integrate global and local strategies, ensuring seamless execution of transformative initiatives.
* Shape industrial relations and legal practices to support strategic goals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while ensuring legal compliance.
* Manage labor law compliance and negotiations, proactively resolving disputes and aligning practices with organizational transformation and regulatory standards.
To Be a Perfect Fit for This Role, You:
* Have an excellent academic background.
* Have proven experience as a P&O (HR) Professional with experience in managing industrial relations and labor law topics, preferably in a Tech company.
* Are a self-starter who takes accountability for responsibilities driving/leading workforce and business transformation initiatives.
* Possess in-depth knowledge of P&O (HR) practices, agile methodologies, organizational change, and emerging trends in workforce transformation.
* Possess outstanding communication and influencing skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Are proficient in English and Italian.
* Are strongly willing to learn and grow in Siemens in a P&O Function and to co-own our transformation as a company.
* Have respect and appreciation for each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-build and share knowledge.
* Are eligible to work in Italy.
