Main Responsibilities
* Expand the client base in key European markets, with a focus on the UK, through consistent sales and marketing efforts.
* Develop and execute account plans for assigned market territories to maximize revenue and achieve budgeted targets.
* Collaborate with departmental teams to qualify group business and generate rooms and catering revenue.
* Analyze data from automated sales and reservations systems (Opera) to optimize sales strategies.
* Participate in sales and revenue meetings to discuss strategy and progress.
Requirements
* At least three to five years of experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Cluster role.
* Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
* Creative and innovative approach to sales activities.
* Proficiency in English (and Italian is preferred).
* Working computer skills and knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Opera.
Work Environment
This position is based at Armani Hotel Milano and requires a flexible schedule. The successful candidate must have legal authorization to work in Italy and be fluent in both Italian and English.
