Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion, and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing the Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina, and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
Support the unit in managing the needs of various types of Olympic and Paralympic clients related to Arrivals and Departures, contributing to the development of an effective and well-organized transport system, in line with the directions provided by the line manager and TRA units. Collaborate in the operational implementation of transport services during the Games, ensuring the smooth execution of planned activities and the timely resolution of any issues.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in the gathering, organization, and analysis of client requests to ensure a customer-focused approach aimed at maximizing satisfaction;
* Support the planning of vehicle requirements with the Bus & Fleet FUs, ensuring the timely availability of necessary resources;
* Help coordinate and communicate with other TRA units and stakeholders to identify the best transport solutions that align with the overall Games concept, while also providing operational assistance in drafting activity plans and organizing operations;
* Assist in the planning of the venues involved and support the management and implementation of operations during the event;
* Ensure a seamless flow of information between the “Client Services” unit and other operational functions into transport, while actively monitoring the progress of assigned tasks;
Requirements
* At least 2-3 years of work experience;
* English level C2;
* IT: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 + Power Point;
* Experience in client relationships in a structured and complex organizational environment;
* Experience in transport planning in sports events at an international level;
* Able to interact and organize activities independently, available to share information and negotiate;
* Expert with operations, to deliver a service and problem-solving;
* The ideal candidate should possess strong teamwork abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail, alongside effective communication capabilities for engaging with diverse functional areas and stakeholders. An interest in logistics and transport systems is essential, as is flexibility and adaptability to dynamic working environments during the preparation and execution phases of the Games.
