Job Scope
The Clinical Specialist promotes Innovation products in the designated geographical area, ensures constant contact with the sales team and guarantees the pre-established objectives of scientific dissemination and the achievement of the prescription target.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* In accordance with the planned strategies and activities defined by the Clinical Demand & Market Access Manager, the Clinical Specialist ensures the identification and constant visit of the defined stakeholders, to ensure the dissemination of scientific information, product characteristics, scientific literature.
* Supports the local area MKTG plan, ensuring attendance to support workshops and roundtables (scientific and educational).
* Demonstrates initiative and a level of expertise in promoting the use of company products to serve as a resource for physicians and decision-makers (health management, physicians, laboratory managers), identifying different levels of attention and interest.
* Examines clinical context to identify health professional needs, industry trends, and challenges that may affect demand for products or services.
* Tracks developments in the healthcare industry and new scientific discoveries to adapt marketing and market access strategies.
* Plays an important role in the development of new opportunities by promoting the inclusion of tests in new diagnostic protocols in different healthcare settings.
* Works in synergy with the sales organization (direct and agents) to ensure the full involvement of blood collection points and doctors for the prescription of the test.
* Includes the daily implementation of CRM.
* Participates in training and clinical education on products.
* Follows the post-marketing clinical evaluations of observational studies, guaranteeing assistance to the clinician and follow-up to the company, ensuring the collection of Real World evidence.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Education/Specialization: Bachelor's degree in Science, Medicine, Economics, Biological Sciences, Engineering or other industry-related skills.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in ISF (Medical Informer) or clinical sales experience in medical devices.
Soft Skills:
* Strong interpersonal skills to build effective and lasting relationships with clinicians and decision-makers.
* Organization, self-motivation, integrity, initiative.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Public Speaking.
* Ability to effectively acquire, organize and reformulate data and knowledge from different sources to achieve a defined goal.
Travel Availability: Yes, within the assigned Territory and occasionally in other territories (Italy).
