Global Corporate & Commercial Italy is the unit of Generali Italia S.p.A. that develops insurance services for medium and large companies.
We are currently looking for a GC&CI - Communication & Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist who will support the GC&CI Head of Communication & CSR in managing the Integrated Communication & CSR Plan in alignment with the GC&C Central Team.
Activities include brand awareness strengthening, value proposition delivery to the corporate & commercial market, employee communications, and sustainability & community activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support GC&CI Head of Communication & CSR in Integrated Communication & CSR:
* Promoting GC&C’s value proposition to the external market with activities aimed at guaranteeing GC&CI’s visibility in all targeted contexts
* Managing events aimed at fostering GC&C’s value proposition to clients and intermediaries in alignment with the GC&C Central Team
* Positioning GC&CI externally via market events and campaigns, and by managing and strategizing sponsorships and events
* Embedding sustainability within the business
* Implementing the digital content strategy (LinkedIn, website)
Support GC&CI Head of Communication & CSR in Internal Communication:
* Promoting GC&CI employees’ awareness and sense of belonging within the GC&C Global Community
* Promoting appropriate communication of GC&C’s activities, mission, and vision within the GC&CI Community and in alignment with the GC&C Communication & CSR Central Team and all impacted stakeholders
* Delivering GC&C’s overall communication strategy within the Generali Group through existing internal communications channels (Internal Newsroom and dedicated internal events)
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* University degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Journalism, Business Administration
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or a similar role
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
* Proven writing and speaking capabilities in Italian and English
* Multiple stakeholders’ management
* Business acumen
* Problem-solving attitude
* Comprehensive knowledge of communication and marketing concepts
* Experience with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams
* Ownership
