Purpose of the Role
The Brand Manager will report directly to the Marketing Manager Italy and be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for assigned brands.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute local go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with the international team to ensure correct execution and highlighting local needs and best practices.
2. Manage marketing plans and related touch points (ATL/BTL).
3. Manage the marketing budget of assigned brands.
4. Collaborate with the trade marketing and sales team to ensure alignment and excellent execution.
5. Monitor the performance of assigned brands, including market share analysis, sales, and ROI of key activities and investments.
6. Coordinate rolling forecast processes, working closely with demand and sales functions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. 8+ years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the Beauty sector.
2. A strong product and fashion attitude.
3. The ability to understand current market trends.
4. An entrepreneurial attitude, result-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
5. Collaboration and team working.
6. Strong analytical skills.
7. Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
