Join Our Team as a Global PIM Manager in Milan!
Are you passionate about product information management and eager to lead and innovate? We are looking for a dynamic Global PIM Manager to join our headquarters in Milan.
Join us and you will:
1. Lead the PIM Roadmap and Data Quality Governance with local commercial teams.
2. Oversee data model governance and act as the focal point for product data master management.
3. Represent our company in the ETIM committee.
4. Support and participate in internal projects that utilize product data (e.g., CableApp, B2B, web catalogue, data platform, SAP integration).
5. Collaborate with the Global Key Account on PIM-related initiatives and customer visits.
6. Engage with the Prysmian Sustainability Team to enhance data exchange with customers.
7. Manage vendor relationships (inRiver, ProductsUp, Valtech).
8. Stay updated on product data standards in the market: BIM, DPP, ETIM, CPR.
9. Attend relevant events to stay ahead in product data management.
10. Support the PIM team in maintaining the control center.
11. Analyze, test, and implement new enhancements.
12. Gather user feedback to ensure product management principles are correctly implemented.
13. Manage documentation, manuals, presentations, and user training materials.
14. Set and lead the data model governance framework to maintain data integrity.
15. Support the PIM team in enhancing the data model.
16. Collaborate with R&D to harmonize the PIM data model.
17. Act as project manager for Syndication projects facilitating product data exchange with local data pools or customers and leading change management for syndication in collaboration with regional/local teams.

Who We Are Looking For:
22. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
23. Knowledge of Product Information Management Systems or R&D Systems.
24. Knowledge of SAP/Integration skills are preferred.
25. Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMO, COBIT, Agile) are preferred.
26. Proficiency in English is a MUST.
27. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
