Responsibilities
* Ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, where all areas of the business are managed and the guest service experience is delivered to the highest levels.
* Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve operational excellence while delivering the company vision.
* Meeting and greeting guests and VIPs, as well as regular guests, recognizing and anticipating their individual needs.
* Handling guest complaints.
* Formulating budgets and preparing monthly revenue/expense forecasts.
* Ensuring the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
* Meeting with managers of departments to discuss business operations.
* Supervising maintenance, suppliers, renovations, and furnishings.
* Ensuring security is effective.
* Building and maintaining effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and business partners.
* Carrying out inspections of property and services with consistency.
* Promoting and marketing the business.
Your Profile
* BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself.
* Degree and/or diploma in hotel management or other related fields.
* Minimum of 5 years operational management experience.
* Solid background in international hospitality companies.
* Revenue management skills with experience of budgets, P&L, and forecasting.
* Reliable, organized, and pro-active with strong communication skills.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications.
