Job Description:
DXC is looking for a Salesforce Consultant.
Responsibility:
* Proactively interpret client needs, identifying the most suitable methodologies and approaches to meet their requirements.
* Ensure the production of robust solutions for clients, consistently backed by data analysis.
* Identify potential project issues and promptly communicate them to the team.
* Collaborate productively within cross-functional and international teams.
Requirements:
* Hold a Master's degree, preferably in Management Engineering or Economics.
* Have 1 to 3 years of experience in leading consultancy firms, playing primary roles in complex projects for large Italian or international clients.
* Good knowledge of Salesforce.com modules that manage Sales and Service processes (e.g., Sales, Service, and/or Marketing Cloud, Community).
* Be capable of supporting management in influencing and guiding clients to define a Digital Transformation strategy aimed at maximizing optimization and innovation opportunities for their business model.
* Maintain a high professional standard and be able to sustain relationships with client middle management.
* Strive to become a future leader by taking on defined responsibilities and tasks, while being monitored and evaluated.
Preferred qualifications for the role include:
* Holding at least 1 Consultant certification.
* Experience in digital transformation projects within the CRM domain.
* Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
Furthermore, having at least one of the following is considered advantageous:
* Availability for international travel.
* Experience in ChatBots management.
* Knowledge of CTI management dynamics.
Completing the profile: strong business acumen, excellent analytical and communication skills, precision, organizational autonomy, and a business-oriented and results-driven approach.
