We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Business Innovation Division within the Packaging business unit.
The key objective of this role is to develop business and become the market leader in the packaging segment by executing various activities:
* Plan and develop new opportunities for Fujifilm digital printing equipment, water-wash flexographic plates, flexographic inks, and other associated consumables.
* Manage and develop existing accounts, building solution value growth within them (consumables and equipment), ensuring sales targets and key KPIs are met.
* Support Dealer/Partner relationships, building new business, product, and equipment opportunities.
* Work closely with ASM's and BDM's to develop consumables and equipment opportunities.
* Produce and work to a business plan, ensuring profitable business is developed.
* Ensure that all deals meet margin targets and are presented correctly.
* Build key accounts and new business on your territory, ensuring sales targets are met or surpassed.
* Visit/contact your new business target accounts regularly.
* Support credit and finance requirements by liaising with the credit team to build commercial deals with existing and new accounts.
* Produce a strategy plan to be agreed by Sales Management.
* Keep abreast of new products and developments both within the company and competitors' products.
* Report monthly, highlighting all progress on opportunities within your defined territory.
* Ensure all discounts are correct regarding accounts in your area where a Group or Dealer is involved.
* Ensure that all CRM data is up to date – Assets/Products/Volumes/Values/Opportunity Stages and SF Tasks.
* The effective planning and organisation of customer calls/visits.
Key Competencies:
* Established relationships with businesses within the packaging sector.
* Strong technical knowledge of the Packaging and Label printing industries, including customer drivers and competitor offerings.
* Knowledge of flexographic plate and digital printing products within the labels & packaging sector.
* A proven track record of digital equipment & consumable sales within the labels & packaging sector.
* Driven to achieve targets and to follow up all sales opportunities, with a proven sales track record within the Packaging and Label printing industries.
* Ability to identify large business opportunities and to close them effectively.
* Ability to develop and execute major account strategies.
* Ability to develop business contacts and relationships at all levels of an organisation.
* A self-motivated, customer-focused individual with strong negotiation and selling skills.
