Findus is a multinational company leading in the European Frozen Foods market and is seeking a Sales Account.
The SA, within the Sales team, will be accountable for delivering targets on key strategic customers assigned in the region, aiming to expand the category through Joint Business Planning (JBP).
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver annual targets through sales basics execution;
* Negotiate assortment and promotional plans with customers;
* Develop strategic plans to improve customer results;
* Monitor sell-out and collaborate with merchandisers' sales force;
* Support other departments in Operational Transactional Cooperation (OTC) processes;
* BUILD joint business plans including visibility projects;
* Develop strategic growth initiatives for long-term sustainable growth.
* Track progress of agreed goals with customers;
* Manage profitability through Negotiated Retail Margin (NRM) principles.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales accounting, preferably in the FMCG sector;
* Cross-functional career background: marketing, finance, or trade marketing in addition to sales experience;
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen;
* Ability to challenge the status quo;
* Goal-oriented individual;
* Fluent in spoken Italian and English.
