Regional Sales Manager GNSS APAC
The Job
Our Regional Sales Manager manages and further develops existing accounts in the region as well as identifies and onboards new sales channels and direct key accounts for our GNSS positioning modules, boards and systems - in all of our defined industrial segments.
Your Mission
As a Regional Sales Manager you will manage and increase market shares in the region and you will be part of the APAC Sales team and report to the APAC Sales Director. In your position as Regional Sales Manager you will work closely with our technical support team to optimize our chances of success in the pre-sales process. You will also work together with our Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure a long term regional growth and our Sales Support Team to optimize time and efficiency of the sales process. You are no stranger to Salesforce and understand the importance of using and maintaining a CRM system for optimized business results and you are able to identify and pursue business opportunities that will arise and prioritize the most valuable business potentials. We furthermore need you to be able to identify product improvements or new products by keeping up with industry trends, market activities and, last but definitely not least, competitors. We need a relationship builder who is firmly in command and can close deals.
Your Qualifications
We would prefer if you held an Engineering or Business Degree or similar, but most essential is that you have a long and successful track record in B2B Sales in a technically oriented environment. If you also have a background in selling GNSS positioning hardware, instrumentation, wireless or other technology products to the construction, marine, defense, autonomy or similar industries, that would be an interesting asset. Experience in driving and managing sales channels is key.
We need you to have excellent presentation and negotiation skills as well, along with a creative approach to identifying and winning over clients. Now, if you, on top of all that, also happen to live near an airport, are prepared to travel half the time and are fluent in German and English – additional languages welcome! – we most definitely need to get in touch.
