Position: Support Programme Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and organize project delivery planning and resources.
2. Support the project team in formulating delivery and operation & maintenance plans.
3. Implement the projects with high-quality performance.
4. Communicate and coordinate onsite with customers and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned internally and externally.
5. Track multiple projects in parallel, ensuring deliveries are on the right path regarding risk/issue identification and mitigation, delivery quality assurance, and reporting.
6. Coordinate the daily operation and maintenance of customers at the later stage of the delivery project, ensuring O&M resources and quality.
Work Experience Requirement:
1. At least 3 years of IT delivery project management experience.
2. PMP or PRINCE2 certified.
3. Knowledge in cloud computing is a plus.
Work Skills Requirement:
1. Familiar with project management and have in-depth practice.
2. Able to predict and deal with risks in advance, and judge changes in requirements.
3. Coordinate internal and external resources for quality optimization.
4. Create a communication atmosphere, express opinions clearly, and effectively listen to others' opinions.
5. Have a good sense of service, able to solve customer problems to the end, effectively helping customers ensure satisfaction.
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree and above.
Language Requirement: English is a must; local language preferred; Chinese is a plus.
Work Place: Normally no overtime, but follow customer working time during Test Events and Games time operations which differ from regular time. Normally no travel needed, seldom travel between Milano and Cortina.
