You will collaborate with the HQ B2B team to build a local strategy in line with the HQ guidelines.You will work with the rest of the team to manage the day-to-day activities and also to design the next year strategy according to the market needs and in line with the Global rules. You will participate in special project tables to ensure the best result in financial terms and to design the future of the B2B process and actions.A day in the life of a Product Manager B2B:Execute the B2B strategy and the commercial value propositionsReview the B2B product promotion performance to understand and suggest possible optimizations, e.g. promotion, pricing, portfolio rationalization, with support from data insightsWork closely with different departments such as B2B Sales, Supply, Brand Marketing, Finance, CRM Insight to understand the dynamics of the market and the customer’s behavior and needsBuild the local B2B strategy with the rest of the local team and innovate about the offer proposition, services, and processConduct annual deep dives on market trends and competitive development to fuel the local product strategy and marketing plan, in collaboration with Data InsightsExecute all permanent and non-permanent (IAP) launches in the area of B2B products and customersManage the budget and provide input for monthly sales forecasting of the channel's portfolioSupport continuous improvement through conducting pre-evaluations of promo and plan launchesLead multidisciplinary teams in the execution of the full launch plan and special projects, e.g. kick-off and sign-off meetings, project team meetingsCreate regular reporting for Nespresso HQ to highlight performance on main KPIsWhat will make you successful?Master’s degree in economics, marketing, or similarGood communication skills and experience in managing complex projectsPositive forward-looking mindset, problem-solving attitude, and team spiritApproaches challenges with a data-driven and solution-oriented mindsetLateral thinking and the pursuit of innovationAt Nespresso, we embrace inclusive language—feel free to share your pronouns on your CV.
