Our client, North America's largest wastewater treatment facility, is seeking a Equipment & Data Reliability Professional to join their team. The person will work with various internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support within the spectrum of reliability and maintenance engineering best practices and KPI.
Job Title: Equipment and Data Reliability Professional
Location: Detroit, Michigan
Pay Range: $36-60/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 1st Shift.
What’s the Job?
* Own continuous improvement initiatives and efforts driving the reliability and maintenance engineering (RME) program.
* Develop processes and procedures ensuring reliable and quality data into CMMS software.
* Perform historical data analysis to predict repetitive equipment failure and rates by using standard prediction models such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Statistical distributions (Weibull, exponential, etc.), Failure Rate (FR), and Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) to develop various KPI, six sigma based RME processes and procedures.
* Strive for maximum equipment Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), etc.
* Conduct PM optimization developing optimized scheduling and resource allocation.
* Develop an audit program to ensure efficient PM/PdM execution with safety and reliability.
Required Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
* Three (3) or more years of experience in a specialty designation area preferably in continuous or discrete manufacturing or operation settings.
* Certification in any recognized reliability and maintenance program.
