Job Description
* Local Planning and Performance: Communicate and approve quarterly plans and budgets, and adjust retailer plans based on feedback.
* Brand and Assets: Localize regional campaigns and validate media placements, serving as the contact point for local retailers and for marketing asset approval.
* Digital and CRM Initiatives: Proofread and correct web and CRM copy, ensuring that the initiatives meet local offers and legal requirements.
* Lead Performance Management: Review weekly lead performance and adjust lead distribution based on dealer performance and stock availability.
* Local Market Initiatives: Execute digital initiatives and organize local events and partner activations.
Drive local performance:
* Focus on driving demand and supporting the process of converting leads into sales, to ensure we reach local targets.
* Create and implement tailored regional and local marketing strategies for new vehicle launches, ensuring alignment with national initiatives to maximize market impact and drive success.
Drive local roadmap planning and ensure quality check:
* Drive and prioritise local events and initiatives.
* Go to market check on local initiatives (eg. Copy communication, legal market requirements).
Retail Partnership:
* Together with the Commercial directors you will build and maintain a collaborative relationships with retailers. Support them with strategic marketing insights and act as a sparring partner for the marketing manager at retailers end.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with sales, Digital Manager, Retail task force and the Product marketing manager to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless, high-quality customer experience. You enable a constant loop of feedback between the global and local parties.
* Presentation and translation of global plan to a local level.
* Presentation and communication of central plans to local teams and retailers. In a gathered setup on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree in Economy, Communication, Marketing or similar field;
* 4-5 years of professional experience;
* Previous experience in the automotive industry;
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
* Fluent English and Italian knowledge, any other language (such as Spanish, French, Dutch, German etc.) is a huge plus;
* Great knowledge of MS Office and CRM system.
