What to Expect
* Installation, removal, and relocation of technical equipment at customer sites.
* Verify equipment compliance with required specifications and standards.
* Conduct on-site repairs to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.
* Investigate technical problems reported by customers through remote channels.
* Identify the underlying causes of technical issues through analysis and diagnostics.
* Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide remote assistance for issue resolution.
* Prioritize and schedule field service activities based on the urgency and business impact of customer requests.
* Plan and execute on-site corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades, and proactive preventive maintenance to ensure continuous customer operations.
* Perform scheduled on-site interventions to maintain equipment functionality and prevent potential disruptions.
Qualifications
* 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Field Service Engineer
* Min 2 years of experience in calibration, repair, validation, qualification for equipment (Medical device / Pharma)
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
* Availability to travel globally 70%.
