Leading product lifecycle management
Understanding customer needs and market trends
Driving product development and improvements
Supporting sales and marketing teams in commercial activitiesKey Responsabilities:
Product Management Development
Define and manageproduct roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Prioritize and coordinate product development efforts withengineering teams .
Monitorproduct performance metrics, including quality, profitability, and turnover.
Market Customer Engagement
Conductcustomer interviewsto refine product specifications.
Assess market trends and industry drivers to guide product evolution.
Developbusiness cases and sales collateralto support commercial activities.
Sales Business Enablement
Trainsales teamson product knowledge and applications.
Assist incustomer engagement, tender preparation, and product presentations .
Represent the product portfolio attrade shows, conferences, and webinars .Requirements:
MSc inElectrical or Mechanical Engineering(or equivalent experience).
Experience inengineered electrotechnical or electromechanical equipment(5-7 years preferred).
3+ years inproduct management, product marketing, or business development .
Ability todefine, refine, and improve product portfoliosbased on customer and market insights.
Strong ability to presentclear, impactful informationto stakeholders.
Fluent inEnglish(Italian is a plus).
Collaborative mindset with aproactive and resourcefulapproach.
Exposure toPorts Maritimesector is preferred.Up to30% travel, primarily withinEurope, with potential global engagements.Candidates not in line with the requirements will not be considered.
