Who You'll Work With
You will work in Milan as part of our Italian office. You will be part of our Italian Executive Assistants team, comprising of 2 offices, Milan and Rome, with around 500 consulting and non-consulting colleagues. You will support firm leadership in our Milan office and report to the Manager of Executive Assistants for Italian offices.
Your impact within our firm
You will work with your assigned Partners as an Executive Assistant to organize and leverage their time effectively, manage their complex schedules, and coordinate their travel logistics.In this role, you will assume responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing major projects. You will also be responsible for planning client and internal meetings, conference calls, Zoom meetings, conferences/events and lunches/dinners.You will collaborate with clients, client administrative contacts, and department members in creating a smooth workflow, including soliciting assistance from others as needed, helping others as appropriate, and maintaining follow-through. You will have flexibility to ensure appropriate, timely actions and that deadlines are met. You will also act as a liaison for assigned individuals to ensure that various departments provide requested support in an efficient, timely manner.You will organize and maintain complex calendar(s) for assigned leadership. You will manage all communications, including responding to correspondence that does not require the personal attention of client service professionals. Additionally, you will handle all telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner; develop strong ongoing rapport with assistants supporting client executives. You will produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints.Moreover, you will provide a range of administrative support (e.g., travel scheduling, file organization, expense submission, accounting administration) to effectively provide leverage to client service professionals.Also, when needed, you will provide support with the planning and execution of major projects, conferences, and other off-site meetings.You will work collaboratively with other executive assistants to ensure backup coverage.Hybrid work schedule for a maximum of 4 days a week (1 day in-office presence is required).

* Track record of demonstrated ownership through responsibility and accountability for end products
* Highly professional telephone presence and strong customer service mindset and style
* Strong email and calendaring skills (Outlook proficiency preferred); proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
* Ability to anticipate and meet the needs of colleagues supported
* Ability to work expertly and effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
* Inventive in problem solving and high tolerance for ambiguity
* Excellent professional standards, discernment, and discretion when taking care of sensitive information
* Ability to establish relationships with both local colleagues and those working in other offices
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Native Italian speaker and fluent in English
