PT/FTMain duties:To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.The Role:To maximize sales for the store;To develop enduring relationships with clients;To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy;To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;To understand andbe able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;To handle returnsof merchandise;To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store;To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.The Candidate:Fluency in English (written spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated;Retail or serviceindustry experience;Great customer service and people skills;Ability to communicate and inspire customers store colleagues;Good standard of numeracy and problem solving;Ability to work towards goals;Strong organizational skills;Dynamic and creative.
