About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Customer Specialist who thrives in a high-performance environment. The primary focus will be on driving sales and achieving targets by engaging customers and helping them maximize the value of Spoki's platform. You should have a sales-driven mindset, be proactive, and passionate about building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
* Drive customer engagement with the Spoki platform and ensure customers see its value and stay engaged.
* Develop and execute strategies to boost customer adoption, maximize ROI, and improve retention.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, proposing solutions that fit clients' business needs.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize strategies for better performance.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to share customer insights and improve overall customer experience.
* Conduct personalized training and workshops to ensure clients use Spoki effectively and address sales-related queries.
What You Bring
* 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or marketing automation with a clear commercial approach.
* Strong ability to build relationships and influence clients to drive results.
* Data-driven and able to analyze trends and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
* Proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
* Fluency in both Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
* Experience in SaaS and digital platforms is a plus but not required.

Selection Process
1. Introductory Call (20-30 min): An initial conversation to understand your background and motivation.
2. HR Interview (60 min): A deeper discussion to explore your experience, skills, and cultural fit.
3. Sales-Oriented Interview (60 min): Meet with the department manager for a role-specific discussion focused on your commercial approach.
4. Final Interview with the CEO: A conversation to align on vision, strategy, and long-term goals.
