Job Description Your mission will be to ensure a consistently memorable customer shopping experience while generating meaningful revenue and positive operating profit for the store, to lead the team of sales associates : Business Performance Build sales forecast and budget for his/her store Monitor sales performance, analyze results and forecast trends to propose commercial action plans to maximize sales and minimize costs Review regularly the performance, opportunities and challenges his/her store to ensure an appropriate business strategy is applied (evaluate the work in terms of profitability, production…) Monitor operational expenses with responsibility for PL. Buying Participate in the open-to-buy process with the HQ buying team based in Paris in order to give to the store the right product assortment and information to help it reach its maximum sales potential Review performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels Manage plans for stock levels Liaising regularly with the WW, MW and Accessories Retail Merchandiser. Operations Ensure policies, standards and procedures are communicated and implemented Monitor store controllable expenses, supervise loss, asset protection and risk management and be accountable for inventory management. Supervise and ensure quality of internal control and inventory management (inventory, cash management, internal procedures) Profile Work experience as a sales manager in luxury retail. Work experience in team management.$ Excellent service orientation, ability to build strong customer relationships and understand their needs and expectations.
