The Field Marketing Manager for ICEG (Italy, Central Europe, Greece) will be part of our Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) Mid-Market marketing team reporting to the Snr Manager.
The EMEA Marketing team will focus on driving demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs in support of strategic and growth accounts as well as net new logos from our Whitespace targets in key industry segments in Italy and Poland. This role is responsible for implementing demand generation and ABM Marketing plans for priority accounts in partnership with M+C and Avanade Sales/DDC, Solution Teams. The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for interfacing directly with regional industry leads and account owners/teams, and requires cross-team and organizational teamwork, excellent communications and project management skills, along with a passion for driving the right customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading the overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution of demand generation and targeted account-based marketing (ABM) programs for the region in consultation with Account teams and other business stakeholders.
2. Utilising global Mid Market campaigns, execute a localised, integrated multi-channel campaign in support of above across digital and traditional channels (events, webinars, social media, email, digital and alliance marketing etc.) to drive demand with key segments and industries.
3. Building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders including sales leads, solution and industry leads, other peers in EME and M+C marketing community to inspire, influence and align around country demand generation and ABM programs.
4. Working with key strategic alliance organizations (Accenture and Microsoft) to drive their support for corporate and local strategy, and go-to-market programs.
5. In conjunction with the Head of Mid Market Demand Generation and the EME Marketing lead, owning and driving demand gen/ABM KPIs and metrics for campaigns ensuring clear campaign goals, a close-looped-marketing approach and that return on marketing investment is maximized.
6. Measuring results and generating insights with an Analytics led approach.
Qualifications
1. 8+ years business-to-business marketing experience working for multinational companies ideally in the technology industry, direct experience in Account Based Marketing a plus.
2. Experience in the marketing profession (e.g., online, direct mail, web-based, digital, Content marketing, Partner marketing, etc.).
3. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take the marketing function to the next level and really make an impact.
4. Excellent cross-functional team player that can excel at both strategy and execution.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies, including Microsoft Office.
6. Teamwork oriented and a positive, self-starter and generate own tasks.
7. Fluent English and Italian.
