Job Description
What will you take care of?
To enforce the European Account team in our Turin Bosch offices, we are looking for a Sales Specialist / Account Manager for the Mobility Aftermarket division.
In particular you will:
1. Support the commercial development of Mobility Aftermarket for one of our key Customers including frequent travel in Europe (customer visits, trade fairs, and exhibitions).
2. Be in charge of defining and implementing a commercial strategy in close collaboration with the Regional Senior Sales Manager.
3. Support in the management of the entire sales cycle, from market analysis to presentation of commercial offers and contracts, the related negotiation, and closing of business opportunities.
4. Work in close collaboration with supply chain and cash management as well as with the business units in the divisional headquarters to ensure a “one face to the customer,” achieving high customer satisfaction as well as strategic business goals and revenue targets.
5. Work in a highly international and entrepreneurial environment and help to shape the future of mobility solutions.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you?
Education: Master’s degree in engineering, management, or equivalent.
Experience and know-how: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or supply chain management; you have strong proven negotiation skills and resilience; you are inclusive, goal-oriented, and used to working in a hybrid environment.
Personality: You have a customer-oriented entrepreneurial mindset. You are a strong team player, proactive, ambitious, and curious.
Languages: You speak Italian and English fluently.
