Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for respiratory nebulizer products to join our team and spearhead the expansion of Air-Conpressing nebulizer products in the Europe market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, a deep understanding of nebulizer industry, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and retailers.Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the Europe market for respiratory nebulizer products. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
2. Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, home healthcare providers, and distributors;
3. Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions to healthcare professionals and end-users;
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly;
5. Collaborate with the mkt team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Europe market;
6. Provide regular sales reports and market analysis to the management team.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the respiratory nebulizer products sector;
2. In-depth understanding of nebulizer products and understanding of European customer needs;
3. Strong knowledge of the Europe healthcare system and regulatory environment;
4. Proven sales experience with a passion for exceeding targets;
5. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills;
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
7. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
